Stanmore Resources Limited (Stanmore or the Company) (ASX: SMR) hereby gives notice that, in accordance
with rule 7.5 of the Company’s constitution, the board of directors of the Company (Board) has resolved to
postpone the Company’s Annual General Meeting (Meeting) scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 24 May
2023 at 10:00am (AEDT) to the new time of Wednesday, 31 May 2023 at 10:00am (AEDT).
The postponement of the Meeting is due to the potential inclusion of an additional resolution the Company
proposes to put to shareholders at the Meeting, which requires further time to finalise the necessary
documentation before being provided to shareholders for consideration.
