You completely miss the point. Steele himself admits there were falsehoods in it, so give it up.
The phony dossier was put together by DNC and Intelligence and government officials, they collabrated on it, then leaked stuff to the press, then used it on the FISC application and perjured themselves to get warrants to surveil operatives that they themselves put into the Trump campaign.
And all the while they knew there was no evidence of collusion by the Trump campaign. The stuff in the dossier that is true, is irrelevant. The stuff that is relevant, is fabricated or false.
Now before the election, that is bad enough. It is a felony violation of many laws.
But then to pursue the thing after the election to impeach Trump, that is even worse. It is treason, and espionage also because they were working with foreign entities to further the unseating of a duly elected President.
