That may be the catalyst you are looking for. Remember that the NK trial underway now is of no cost to CHM.

Luckily CHM is run by a group of highly experienced folk. This is not their first rodeo.With the tiny SOI now, and incredibly low market cap for its pipeline. even with dilution now, thd potential of many multiples of upside is still available.

To counter 4$'s pessimism, here is Steini's optimism:

1. IMU buys a stake in CHM - no share sell down after that
2. T/O by IMU, 2 IMU shares for 1 CHM share
3. IMU lending $ 10-20m to CHM

3 directors including chairman of IMU are the same of CHM, that way CHM is already an "IMU subsidiary".

Time will tell.
