my worry is that any potential positive sp catalyst won’t move the sp in the current macro environment.

I have seen some really impressive results elsewhere and the sp of those companies has gone down

there will most likely be some unfavourable diluition with either a sophisticated cr or shares issued to L1 or a combo of these

hopefully chm can keep it to a minimum and hold off on larger raises until sp can better reflect intrinsic value
