To make money from a drug discovery biotech you need one that has a novel, cutting edge pipeline of drugs. You want the company run by people with a successful track record. Drugs that address indications that have no SOC add tothe attractiveness.
CHM is all of this. It is also a penny shsre in part of the market that has been savaged by investors. Any investor with a faint heart and low risk tolerance should not be investing here. Share price fluctuations will be common and at times extreme, both up and down.
As long as the drugs keep progressing, show signs of being safe, and show signs of efficacy the company in performing. These are the signs that show when to buy em, when to hold em and when to sell em.
The market cap now vs pipeline says buy. The low SOI and volume says buy carefully.
