"What mistakes did he make at CHM?" - here's a sample:
1. The market cap of CHM is $28m. The management team was paid $5.9m in FY22 of which $2.7m was paid to the CEO. This wasn't enough. The Board then went on to recommend paying her another $1.6m in options at the AGM. So now they need raise cash against a $28m market cap, when $7.5m was paid to the management team in the past 12 months, none of which are actually involved in the clinical trials. 25% of the market cap just in remuneration for the Board and 3 executives! Jennifer Chow is an excellent presenter but being an excellent presenter and being overpaid are not mutually exclusive.
2. Including the L1 facility in the previous Appendix 4C. Obviously not just my view that it was a mistake.
You know that these things are mistakes, yet you'll still run the line that Hopper and his teams do everything perfectly all the time.
