Daniel, correct so far the 6 approved CD 19 CAR-T do not work on solid tumours.

But that is about to change. IMU is using the OV CF33 to turn a cold cancer into a hot one and from what we've been told and what soon will be officially confirmed, it works. And Hopper's old Viralytics' mates are on similar mRNA OV pathway ( IVX 037 ). But you already knew this I assume.

CHM is tackling the solid tumour problem with a new advanced CAR-T that has shown extraordinary pre-clinical results, CD 17 CAR-T called CDH 17, clinical trials scheduled for the end of 2023.

The current NK clinical trial goes in similar direction:

The objective of this new Phase 1B study is to build upon the clinical responses seen in the
initial CORE NK Phase 1A clinical trial by adding Vactosertib, an oral TGF-β receptor inhibitor
that can potentially disrupt the TGF-β signaling pathway. This new trial is being led by UH
Seidman oncologist J. Eva Selfridge, MD, PhD, and Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve
University School of Medicine in Ohio and is designed to treat 12 patients with either locally
advanced/metastatic colorectal cancer or relapsed/refractory blood cancers.

And from what we've been told the CHM 1101 (CLTX CAR T) trial moves ahead as planned and with promissing results ( anns 26 April ). Nobody expects a cure for GBM by tomorrow, but just a disease control would be a significant medical and financial success at this stage.

Anyway, time will tell.

Worst case scenario for us sh, we lose it all. But for sufferers it would be another hope gone.


CHM, like IMU and RAD, have licenced technologies addressing the shortcomings of current treatments. Of course there are no guarantees but so far all their results point towards success.
