One CR many years ago doesn't count and we all agree with that. But the tech since then has changed and we should expect a lot of stable disease, reduced cancers and some CRs. 100% CR in all patients would be great but that would be too much to expect.
The results just have to demonstrate to be safer and a higher efficacy as current treatments and it will be seen as success.
