RMR is a speculative Buy. Market Cap of 5 mil is a bargain. $50k buys you 1% of the company.
For investors looking into the future buying a piece of RMR at market value of 5, 6, or 7 million is not a big difference. IMO investment is all about creating a diversified portfolio.
I believe you have to be in it to win it. Sitting on the side line is not investment, and day traders in general don't make the best long term decisions financially. Thats my 2 cents worth. GTAH DYOR
