    I agree. Like I said "diversified portfolio". RMR is a small portion of my portfolio.
    It is silly to put all of ones eggs in a single basket, which is not a portfolio, and more like a gamble.
    I agree again with revenue stream, DP.

    RMR is what it is right now. As a speculative buy I hold a little. I don't give financial advice and only express my opinion. As does everyone else on HC.
