for what is worth I just believe we are in correction mode. If you are good negotiator and prepared to do the research you could perhaps pick up a great property for a heavily discounted price. Their are a number of owners who are heavily geared and will unfortunately have to sell their properties at perhaps a loss if the interest rates rise (which I believe will happen within the next couple of months). Their is no such thing as a low offer, sometimes giving a ridiculous offer works in your favour, just remember you can always increase your offer if you are keen on the property.
I shall keep my eyes open the very minute interest rates rise...
