1. Pick a quality caravan park.
2. Dont lease to tenants with kids or dole bludgers.
3. Definitely check any references and ensure they are legit references.
Caravans are now not so cheap. I checked out some online for sale the other day when you first posted and was surpised at some of the prices.
Maybe way better options buying private I would say.
Up where I live site rental is the biggest killer nowdays.
