Kincella, your last point about bulls making money and bears missing out is the height of absurdity in the current market environment.

I think you'll find that many people who are bearish about property on this forum have investment interests in other areas. I don't think anyone has said that they are bearish about all forms of investment.

Then to argue, that simply being optimistic about an investment class is a means to financial success is possibly the worst financial advice I have ever read.
