I dont post here much, but the reveling in peoples misfortune really gets to me!!
Yep im young and paid to much for my house, my loss, so i understand that. Ill keep paying my mortgage like a good boy. Tenants broke the lease due to a horrible HomesWest neighbour so that makes it a little harder, but hey poo happens sometimes.
So my situation is probably worse than most, and some people here say we are all going to be in a big rush for the door. Well while it sucks i'll just keep on keeping on, no point in taking a big hit in selling (i would probably lose about $40,000)and just hope that it will one day get better. I am of the opinion though that it will probably take at least 6 years.
Worst case scenario my family will always have a place to live if i cant stay in the place im currently in. I hope nobody ever has to face hard ship, although i think it might help add to what little character some people on this forum seem to have...
