What JORC resource has LEG got that a JORC resource could be included in SDL's DFS report?

SDL's DFS is based on DSO mainly.
LEG has no known DSO resource at present.
How can SDL include LEG resource if LEG have no resource and SDL do not have an interest in any LEG tenement?
