Yeah everything seems to stack up fundamentally, the only concern i have is that draw down account. But as you have pointed out if they get a good bounce over the next few months with such a small MC they can do a placement of say 5 or 10 million shares which wont effect the MC much at all and reduce that debt by a fair bit so yeah not to much to worry about here.
