Merger was approved last Friday by the courts and ZFX was suspended from trading last Friday evening.

You can trade OXRN shares on deferred settlement via your broker, but you must be accountable for the number of shares you trade. ie you have to make sure you have them.

OXRN tradesuntil 7th July, then all your shares becomes OXR shares at the ratio of 1 ZFX share = 3.1931 OXR shares. On 16th July (I think) there si ann EGM of OXR to change the name to OZ Minerls and ASX code to OZL.
