The merger 'went down' last Friday when courts gave final approval & following approval by ZFX SHs on June 16.
. ZFX finished trading as ZFX @ close of trading June 20
. ZFX shares converted to OXRN on a 'deferred settlement' basis on June23 [may trade through your broker]
. 1 ZFX share translated to 3.193 OXR shares
. OXR & ZFX mgts have been 'integrated' with Andrew Michelmore as CEO & Owen Hegarty as a director.
. Company HQs relocated - see ASX ann.
. Merger scheme implementation date is July 1
. New company shares commence trading on ASX on normal basis July 7
. OXR SHs meet to determine name of new company etc. July 18
. If needed ASX will adjust company ticker & name post July 18
