spoke to someone in india was then redirected to the closest repairer was couriered there and back computer only 2 mths old needed replacement lcd ...I have 17 inch hp dv9000...windows xp total cost for my portable business $3000 australian connected to the internet .I do realise my computer is basically brand new and had issues at least the problem was sorted out quickly cheers russell
