The stocking in Walmart stores was the understanding and it will eventually end up stocked in most of their stores, but NUH has no control as to how Walmart chooses to roll out the category. All six company’s in their OTC offering are all in the same boat. Walmart is calling the shots here not NUH.
The cap raises are essentially for the Gen 4 product and to keep the lights on until they land a OEM/s deals
The future of the company isnt likely to be in selling its own product, I suppose in the early stages they have to demonstrate proof of concept and get a product out there and it is great that they have Walmart as a retail partner finally giving NUH a workable retail footprint , but the ROI on OEM’s and licensing dwarfs the ROI they can get selling their own product. They will most likely end up adopting the RealTek model.
The Gen 4 looks like a winner , far more aesthetically pleasing and far superior in performance.

Other then Justin mentioning that there was 10 OEM's at the yes or no stage 6 months ago we havent had a single yes yet or further updates.
Realtek have been invested for 18 months now. They could have easily funded production runs for their clientelle in the form of OEM's structured as a loan and get the ball rolling. Instead they own a good chunk of stock and we're yet to see a return on that partnership.

Also as for the Gen 4 product can you provide how you know that they are far superior to the HP buds?

Gen 4 Specs havent been released yet and from NUH's CES media announcement it seems they were vaguely shown at CES.
