They expire early July. They were 3 month options if I recall correctly.
Regarding the RealTek director, he is a non executive director, the issue is not him or Realtek but that fool Miller. NUH should of been able to go on with it once RealTek came on board and with RealTek having a seat on the board, yet it appears the Board is captive to Miller, a condition known as “founder capture”.
Miller now realises that NUH needs a deal or deals. What the hell has he been doing all this time.
