their FAQ responses recommend fitting the aids and holding your phone up to one ear as you normally would so you can hear the phone speaker amplified through the one aid in that ear… sounds like a rather unsophisticated, low quality solution, for a higher price.

and a similar technique is recommended for listening to the TV… turn it up, sit back, and listen to it amplified through both aids (along with every other sound in the room).

I think it’d be embarrassing for an audiologist to recommend any OTC hearing aid over nuheara’s HP Pro.
