310843b............." I am wishing and praying (and wish KRR splits the HPA away into a seperate company) "
Yes I believe it would have to become a separate entity just the same as Treasury Creek is separate from Speewah (vanadium, magnesium etc). It is a separate Project & type of business and therefore would require a separate structure owned 100% by KRR even for the financing aspect.

310843B.............. "and as there are not, (please correct me if I am wrong) at present anybody or bodies on the Board with chemical engeering background then surely there must be a demand, a requirement for such a person or two on the companies Board "
I believe this is what is intended by the mention of another Director possibly and it would be reasonable to assume [yes I know] that it could be a "specialist " in the field of Chemical engineering to give advise on the Processing Plant envisioned near Perth. Of course the PPP is not a dead certain but as 310843B pointed out and we all know the costs both CAPEX and OPEX would just have to be drastically reduced with the PPP over a Speewah Operation. Diversify into the Vanadium and Magnesium as well could push the profit margins up with the Speewah Project but until PFS figures are released we can only take rough guesses on what they could actually be.

310843B........................" estimated to increase at a compound annual growth rate of 30% to about 272,000tpa by 2028, "
Many analysts have admitted that all projections for future demand of HPA seem to be seriously under rated with real grpwth expected far more than anyone could anticipate.
That beings so............. if its more than 272,000 tpa by 2028 it could be in more demand than gold.
Just that 272,000tpa market demand would place KRR in an unbelievable position with the ability to expand as required due to the modular design of the Processing Plant. VERY very exciting !
