hpal possible takeover by kodak?? Just speculation....I believe that Kodak hold more than 50% of the shares in HPAL (code HPX) which is a digital imaging company.
JP Morgans report in April 2005 suugested that Kodak might mop up the balance of the shares in this company.
The most recent top shareholders list I have is for December 2004 which states:-
