    Sydney - Monday - August 28: (RWE Australian Business News) -
    HPAL Ltd (HPX) has signed a major contract with Telstra to produce the
    paper bills generated from Telstra's new billing system.
    The five-year contract is expected to commence in late
    2007, initially running concurrently with the existing billing contract.
