    HPC came up on a scan & looks to be basing out after down trending since listing.

    Fundamentally they have streamlined the business model and reduced operating costs which is expected to improve the bottom line. Onto the watch list as a potential Bottom Pick

    Daily chart: Price action is in the value zone & has been bouncing around all-time lows earlier this year. Expecting 0.008 to provide support on any pull back
