As requested, it’s conjecture, and I’ll likely be moderated because it’s not directly on topic, however for the mods, it is discussing the company secretary, and the funding partners. I’d consider it due diligence, but given the outcome others will likely say down ramping.

1. When Everblu are involved, Azalea Consulting appears quite often to be the company secretary for the firm, some examples are Netlinkz, Manalto, Creso Pharma, Esense Labs (recent)
2. Look at the history of some of Azalea’s current and previous ‘clients’ DXF, MMJ, NC6, MNE (the 22/07/2017 report is fantastic followed by the company going out of business / reverse takeover)
3. Just google Manalto everblu and read through all the articles, it’s an honest s**tshow. From stacking the board, to physical violence with the police called, breaches of the ASX listing rules

Pretty much everything Everblu touches turns to crap. I’m yet to find any successful profitable companies that have engaged them.

Which is not to say they’re not out there, Rafaella Resources, Victory Mines, Hardley Resources, Creso Pharma, and Manalto, Bronson Group Limited, most are delisted, no longer trading, in suspension, reverse takeover, etc, creso is an interesting one where a take over was put on the table and for what ever reason fell through, killing the local share price to about 1/20th of the pre offer value.

I’m in no way saying there’s something dodgy going on, but I would suggest, these are not partners of choice, and Everblu seems to come out on top with fees and shares with every placement.

To be fair, I think most on the forum here including the touters think it’s a bad deal, and hence why it was hidden from everyone, until forced disclosure by the ASX

What would be a big red flag is if Everblu appoint a board member

Don’t get me wrong, this may be very normal in the microcaps, utilising boutique finance managers, but the frequency and correlation of the two companies and the results, well it’s alarming to me.

As always, do your own research, and come to your own conclusions. Don’t take my word for it.
