I'm not hear to have a go at you and I definately don't have a medical background...I'm recently back in Oz after spending considerable time in the US and Europe working in the biotech area...whilst I do care to some degree about public health and safety, to be frank, I'm not that altruistic, I'm more interested in discussions about IP, path to market, margins, management, product positioning and timing, competition, pricing and hopefully revenues, profits and finally when all the planets align and having traded it well, cash takeovers by large US/European biotechs (aka Cephalon/SRX, Ventana-Cytyc-Danaher/VSL)
don't shoot the messenger mate I've got > 10 years pretty good experience in the sector I might be happy to share some of it
