Just came across this when doing my weekly search on Google re what's happening in the world of HPV. The large Indian HPV study released 2 weeks ago in the New England Jounal of Medicine seems to have attracted a fair bit of attention.

This video piece from a news channel in New York (April 2nd, 2009) states that it is only a matter of time until HPV testing replaces the Pap smear as the primary screening tool for cervical cancer.

As Decan pointed out with GBI being recently named in the top 30 non-US molecular diagnostic companies and with its lead product being PapType the planets appear to be aligning!

Maybe GBI should put this link on their website as it gives a fairly concise snapshot on the opportunity for PapType?
