I'd add:
1) If not when will it happen?
2) If so, when did it happen?
Also,
3) Lynas has repeatedly stated it would not start ph2 until the market would support it. How will they determine if the market will support? Are they prepared to produce on speculation and try to sell to the market or will they wait till the full 11 kT is pre-sold?
4) Does Lynas expect any appreciable income from the WLP product sale? When can the income be expected?
