I recollect the statement PU and you have twisted it way, way out of context to suit your own bitter purpose.
NC made it ABUNDANTLY clear there was no possibility of dividends any time soon, only that the Board would consider them when appropriate.
If you want to knock Lynas there's plenty of current stuff lying around without the need to delve into black fantasy.
