- Suggest make opening question to be ; "Lynas has previously guided that Ph 2 capacity output would not be considered until market will support it!" ...What is it in the market you are watching right now EN ? .. and what in your opinion will be the harbinger or early predicator or trend that would support Ph 2 ramp-up decision ?
- To answer the above question will require reference to, or bring it into the context of, Ph 1 proceedings (success / conditions / challenges etc.) (ie Let Lynas do all the talking) tic toc (Less question time, achieves that !
