No8 - appreciate your comments however, 2 things to say -

1. EN's entrance should've been a whirlwind, and he should've wielded a hefty broom to address the numerous shortfalls handed to him by NC - be clear, he HAS NOT - he is simply taking the paycheque and ambling along.

2. Your final comment though is what I was talking about before. Don't forget that some have had a finger in Lynas for 12 or more years - and that 'promise' of profit, activity, meaningful purpose has always been the carrot - but has anything occurred to give comfort, reassurance or actual payback? No - and management just sit there, drawing enormous benefit for producing absolutely no tangible result.

How long then?

For a long time now I've heard the word 'nameplate' - is it only me who knew that they'd not make their 'targets'- in fact miss that by months or even years? LAMP was due to be in production in 2011 - that's when I realised that there was something very wrong - unacceptably wrong - with governance.
