if not it is unsubstantiated information, or perhaps wishful thinking

imo, the attitude of management concern for the share price is non-existent
the announcements have an overly negative tone, and remember it's the same management that had no qualms about selling off one of lynas's assets to what looked like a company that could have easily being set up to pull a sly one.

and remember the dumping of shares just before the screwed up pipes delay and how the market sensitive info also appeared to be delayed
