Lambda - I think that SS is suggesting that not having a conf call may actually be in your interests?
He/She may be right and maybe wrong, but it is a valid POV.
What if some corp event was in the wings, or answering analysts questions would cause some embarrassment to management? What if there is some really good news about to break in the next week or so - it may be difficult if Questions were asked about said good news?
All speculation of course, but there may actually be a good reason why there is no conf call, this time.
