To you firstly, then to FOZHARD:


I'm guessing that Fozhard (a poster on sabbatical that you may not have even spoken with yet) would know about HRLs outlook.
He is currently pursuing an advisory/consultancy business and i am sure it is dedicated to this sector.

I would like to have his say on things at the moment, but he would not be allowed to have a say in his current capacity.

BUT....if you are allowed, by way of some declaration,
FOZHARD, klet us know what you think aobut things, i for one would be interested.
