There's no doubt Victoria needs a new powerstation SP3,
No-ones willing to put any dollars down because the Governments and their policies, HRL is privately owned and will not go broke anytime soon unless someone moves thier cheese.
If the HRL are only going to build half a plant will that be at half the cost ? OR will it cost more due of scale of efficiency principles and make the plant unviable ?
Did the Fed and State give them any funding ? OR has that been halved because of budget constraints
The thing with HRL is they are not ASX listed and do not have to report their moves to shareholders, so it will take a long time to filter into the market
