Costs blow out 50%, funding partners must have seen this coming, so the question is why didn't the governments?
Why should HRL receive funding of over $150 from us tax payers when our technology has come down in price and can help keep the other power stations in business at a very modest cost ?
Governments must realise that for every tonne of Coldry used in Latrobe Valley 1000 liters of water is saved from going up the stacks .... Huge cost saving to the users in the LV
Why would they risk our money when they can buy a proven Black Coal power station and burn 100% Coldry ?
