unfortunately we wont know until the 2mpta is working.....
once thats done, then i will 100% agree.
but i know from my RWE research, pilot plant to commerical are different beasts. Some work, some dont! thats the nature of the beast, its nothing against, ARUP, ESI, or RWE, this is why they do limited scale ups in the first place.
again, nothing revolutionary to those who have done some independent research.
