regarding your 2nd point, i have explained why in response to lautrec...
i didnt realise they said they could lower emissions by 5% by 2020 using coldry.
i suppose in theory its possible, but theory is not reality.
just to reitrate from a link you or the other macro supplied....
ESI coldry is for use in supercritical boiler! the latrobe vally has sub critical boiler!!! ergo why they cant use it in worthwhile capacity in the valley. i dont need to ask ECT as its fact already known, i am not in doubt.
