the selling is very sophisticated and psychological
it gives the impression that there is a massive seller at 11.5
but look at yesterdays trading pattern which looks horrific and is a mirror of recent trading
the reality is 65770 shares sold for $7594 for which the seller got paid
so it cost the algo seller nothing other than the loss of a small parcel of shares
i believe that most of the buyers at 10 and 11 and 11.5 are genuine
and that those stale and impatient holders will start to fill the sell columns
but are not prepared to sell into the lower price buy orders of which there are many
so the sp remains stagnant like frozen in time
those buyers on the the sidelines which i believe are many
will remain on sideline because of the perceived massive seller at 11.5
or will enter bids at the lower prices hoping to get filled
only problems there are, at rate of selling they may have to wait a long time
also they may never get their buy orders satisfied
as well as tying up their available cash on a trade that may never occur
long and short of it, i believe a takeover bid may occur in the very near future
nst and evn obvious candidates to me because of their nearby mills
but i have a feeling that there is another suitor with a mill lurking in the background
looking for jv or merger or takeover, i am struggling to work out who that may be
but as i have said before, i honestly believe that it is best all round is to go it alone
if allowed to do so, as this company has the makings of another early nst
