And you know about Richmond Vanadium Technology Pty Ltd (“RVT”) (formerly AXF Vanadium Pty Ltd)

no mention of VOX shares

Further divestment of listed investments planned with current value of $1.4m excluding RVT

From VOX announcement - divested 29 March 2021
( two royalties covering the Janet Ivy and Otto Bore gold projects)
• A$4 million in cash upon completion [completed 7 April]and
• A$3 million in cash or Vox shares at Vox’s election (priced on a 30-day VWAP basis) upon Vox receiving cumulative payments of A$750,000 from the transaction royalties.

$4m shows in the 2021 Fin Report. Labelled "Proceeds from royalty divestments"
and zero shows in 2022 report.
and no mention of VOX shares
so I presume the $3m not happened.

I suppose another way to find out might be to look at the VOX accounts
