    Management couldn't manage the Vanadium & don't look too flash managing the gold, some of the problem may be the large amount of nominee shareholders on the register. 5 out of the top ten in the top 20 list are nominees holding 200 million shares, or about 13% of the total, closer inspection might reveal a lot more.
