Here is what you are up against and it is called time. Your ability to have a shareholder resolution included in any general meeting having given 2 months notice to the company is real tight if this merger is to close in on you.

If the Greenstone shareholders vote for the merger schemes then you guys have limited time to get your 5% of HRZ on issue being 35,050,000 from 701,000,000 shares on issue. If the merger goes through before you act then HRZ and GSR shares on issue will be 1,110,500,000 and 5% is 55,525,000 to get support from. See the extract from the merger presentation below.
