Your post puts it in a nutshell,coto. But it begs the question 'who do we replace them with?' You want to make sure to replace them with people you know will deliver.That's why in other posts in other forums, I've called for a list of suitably qualified people-with the right attitude- willing to stand for election to replace the duds. Are directors, or wannabe directors, in this area of the market like peas in a pod? As a poster has suggested? If the amalgamation goes ahead,I will urge an action group comprising parties from both HRZ and GSR be formed, to not only give it to the non-performing directors but also start looking for replacements.Maybe shareholders from WA could get together to pick a team from among themselves to stand for election?
