You guys did well to vote against the renumeration report. Although the directors don't have many shares other than the chairman all performance rights vesting conditions have lapsed.
Your directors had not given themselves many performance rights as compared to the blood sucking Greenstone board that intend to vest 37,250,000 performance right worth about $300,000.00. These performance rights relate to a yet to be delivered Mt Thirsty scoping study.
Make no mistake your directors will grant themselves performance rights, thats why they dont buy shares.
