100%, the way they dropped the ball in recent years is unforgiveable and if the average employee performed like that, they would be given the boot immediately. If management escape with a warning, then they can count themselves lucky! One of the other directors has already been given a huge warning and scraped in by the skin of his teeth so it does not look positive there. Luckily, this person has their epic gig at RVT, so it is not the end of the world if things finish up at HRZ Imo.
If the moves towards production continue at schedule and the directors start chipping in their own salaries on market, then they may just get some more time. It will be up to the market to decide in the next 6 months.
