Why did Jeffrey Williams leave the board after 10 months on 30/4/2020?
Horizon over the past 3 years has had the minimum number of directors (3 directors) why is Chris Hansen added to make it 4 directors?
Jon Price gets a first strike instals the form chief operating officer Grant Haywood as Chief Executive Officer and moves himself to a director position so as to keep control.
Director Bilbe resigns and CEO Grant Haywood appointed Managing Director/CEO.
Price has got to go followed by Chris Hansen. We know Chris Hansen was integral in negotiations with this merger going back to Diggers and Dealers (as admitted in a presentation) and Horizon Managing Director Jon Price was maybe the other collaborationist.
Both need to leave the company management.
I am really not sure if current MD/CEO Grant Haywood can manage the company. Head also on the block I think but lets give him a little time to prove himself.
The first time we see a proposal to give performance rights to any director or employee vote against the resolution as it will surely be proposed sooner than later.
