    I have heard the same bs from management for 4 years, especially from Jon. I haven't had much correspondence with Grant, but it honestly looks like he is part of the lifestyle clan too, otherwise we would have seen gold production 2 years ago. I believe their time is up! It is just a matter of finalising the process to make it happen now.
