HRZ General Discussion, page-600

The elites all know each other. They play golf together, go to the same restaurants, clubs and other hang outs. They want to reward their mates. It’s very hard to enter the circle. They look weirdly at the directors and CEOs who work 7am to 7pm days and work hard for mum and dad and other retail shareholders.

These kind of good management teams have no time for extra activities anyway, so they are outside the circle. Those in the circle just go from company to company, because they all know each other and want to keep their lifestyle strong without any threats. They all have lifestyle reputations and once shareholders have enough and vote them out, they can easily source another easy role with their mates at another. Most shareholders don’t do their research on the directors and what their history states. It takes time. However since investing in HRZ I have learnt that it’s one of the most important parts of the research.

Anyway, soon some of the guys in HRZ will be looking for another company. It will be sad for the company they move to but at least for us shareholders the chain will be off and we can get some progress happening!
